Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over:

  • €20 in Estonia
  • €30 in Latvia and Lithuania
  • €50 in Finland
  • €100 in all other EU countries

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Some items (e.g., perishable goods, personalized products) may be exempt from returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to an error on our part).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
